Terms & Conditions of Sale

LDK Print & Embroidery

1. General

All orders placed with LDK Print & Embroidery are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by them unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

2. Delivery

Delivery dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only. LDK Print & Embroidery shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, machine breakdown, material shortages, or customer-requested design changes. No claims shall be accepted for late delivery under such circumstances.

3. Product Quality

All goods supplied will be of satisfactory quality at the time of sale. In the event of an error or defect caused by LDK Print & Embroidery, we reserve the right to repair or replace the goods at our discretion.

4. Customer-Supplied Goods

Any garments or items supplied by the customer or a third party on the customer’s behalf are processed entirely at the customer’s own risk.
LDK Print & Embroidery accepts no liability for damage, loss, or defects to customer-supplied items under any circumstances, however caused.

5. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of all goods remains with LDK Print & Embroidery until full payment has been received and cleared.

6. Artwork, Designs & Copyright

All digitised designs and artwork created by LDK Print & Embroidery remain the intellectual property of Lisa Grainger, owner of LDK Print & Embroidery.

6.1 Digitising

Digitising charges cover the conversion of artwork into an embroidery-ready stitch file compatible with our machines. This is a one-time fee, and the design will be securely stored for future orders.
If the customer requests release of the embroidery machine file, a fee of £75 will apply.

6.2 Customer Artwork Responsibilty

The customer confirms they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs supplied. LDK Print & Embroidery accepts no responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

7. Colours, Sizes & Descriptions

Product descriptions, sizes, measurements, colours, and material compositions are provided as a guide only. Minor variations may occur and cannot be guaranteed to be an exact match.

8. Force Majeure

LDK Print & Embroidery shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, theft, accidents, or equipment failure. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the contract without liability.

9. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made to LDK Print & Embroidery
Full payment is required and must be cleared before production begins.
Customer orders are not subject to cancellation once accepted.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Late Payments & Charges

LDK Print & Embroidery reserves the right to charge £20 for any dishonoured cheque and 2% interest per month on overdue balances.

11. Third-Party Delivery

Where goods are delivered to a third party at the customer’s request, this is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before production begins.
Goods are normally dispatched via first-class post, with delivery charges applied at cost.
