Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

At LDK Print & Embroidery, most of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer (including names, logos, designs, colours, sizes or layouts chosen by you).

Because of this, personalised and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable if you change your mind.

This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personalised and bespoke goods from the 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) period.

Please check all spelling, sizes, colours and design details carefully before placing your order.



2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If your item is:

  • faulty

  • damaged in transit

  • printed or embroidered incorrectly due to our error

  • not as described

you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos showing the issue

We may request the item to be returned before resolving the issue.


3. Non-Personalised Items (If Applicable)

If we supply any non-personalised, standard items, these may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused

  • in original condition and packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


4. Proof Approval

Where a digital proof or mock-up is provided:

  • approval confirms all details are correct

  • once approved, responsibility for spelling, layout and design passes to the customer

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors that were approved prior to production.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges are refunded only where an item is faulty


6. Business Orders

Orders placed by businesses or for resale are not covered by consumer cancellation rights.
Returns for business orders are handled at our discretion.
